General Shop Policies

  1. Payments & Deposits:

ALL sales must be paid in full to confirm purchase. We do not accept deposits to hold items. If you are looking to enquire about a payment plan, please email us right away and we may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.

2. Duties and Taxes or Lost/Stolen Items. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, packages that arrive broken, or any unforeseen duties and taxes upon delivery

3. Right of refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. This includes any time period from the start of the sale to the buyer securing the item in their home. We will not tolerate any harassment, inappropriate behavior, bullying or slandering towards us, the shop or its patrons and if we feel this is happening, we may deny service and/or provide an immediate refund if a payment has already been made.

4. Modifications to existing Prices

We reserve the right to change our product pricing at any time. Product prices may fluctuate over time based on many factors that we observe and analyze before making or changing price quotes. Prices vary based on factors, some examples are the availability of the product, shipping, inventory issues, importation and fees for a product. This is not an exhaustive list but an example. 

5. Payment Plans:

Sometimes, on a case-by-case basis, we will work with you to create a payment plan. Most payment plans are generally 3 months of payments split into three without interest. Connect with us directly so we can come up with something that works for both of us as soon as you can so you don't lose your item! Don't overlook an item because you think you cannot afford it, please connect right away with us to discuss first.
